10 Hang Power Cleans (95/63)
20 Double Unders
Rest 4 minutes
As many reps/rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
15 Wall Balls 20/14
10 Box Jumps, 20 inch box
-Community Workout-
As many reps/rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Air Squats
20 Double Unders (80 single Unders)
Rest 4 minutes
As many reps/rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
15 Ball Slams, 30/20
10 Box Jumps, 20 inch box
This workout is also the same for Sunday at 9 am and 12 pm in CB.
