Squat Snatch 10 x 2 reps at 70-75%

Complete on a 2 minute clock.

-Conditioning-

6 rounds of: 
300 yard shuttle run
(12 x 25 yards, touch line with hand)

Complete 1 round every 2:30

-Midline-

3 Rounds:
12 Weighted sit-ups
12 Russian twists (lean back, feet elevated)

Then,
1 minute plank
1 minute side plank
1 minute opposite side plank
