-Warm up-

10 Minutes:
10 DB Thrusters
10 DB Snatch/arm
10 DB Curls/arm

5 Minutes:
400 meter run

-Weightlifting-.

Complete 5 sets of the following complex:
Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk

On a 3 minute clock.

-Conditioning-

Complete as many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:
12 Front Squats, 135/95
12 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
Then Max reps of Double Unders in the remaining time

Rest 2 minutes

Repeat 5 times.

-Cool Down-

Sit-and-reach
Sit-and-twist
