10 Box Step-ups
5 Box Jumps

-Strength-

Back Squat, 3 x 5

Complete on a 3 minute clock.

-Conditioning-

3 Rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
12 Deadlifts, 225/155
21 Box Jumps, 24/20

-Gymnastics-

3 rounds, 1 every 2 minutes:
Max reps of handstand push-ups in a single set

-Cool Down-

Couch Stretch
Banded Shoulder Stretch
