Power Clean – 3x5 70-75% sets across
Complete on a 90 second clock.
-Strength-
Push Press- 3x5 building in weight each set
-Conditioning-
Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds
9 Deadlifts
6 Hang power cleans
3 Shoulder to overhead
Start at 115/75 and increase weight each round.
Goal is unbroken reps, scale accordingly.
