-Sladderday- (9 am CB)
As heavy as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 Dead-lifts
2 Hang Cleans
1 Shoulder to Overhead
Must all be completed unbroken. Each person gets their own bar and set of plates. Bar can be rested anywhere on the body but dead-lifts must be touch and go. Athletes may go up or down in weight at any time.
-Challenge- (830 am Downtown, 10 am CB)
Two rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
40 KB Goblet Squats, 1.5/1 pood
30 Ab mat Sit ups
20 Hand Release Push ups
10 C2B Pull ups
-Community Class- Coach’s choice Downtown 930 am
