-Warm up-

10 minutes:

20 single unders
20 alternating single unders
20 singles on left
20 singles on right

5 minutes:

Down and Back twice:
Inch worm
Handstand walk

-Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Run 400 meters (buy in, one time)
Then,
10 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1
10 Box Jump Overs, 24/20

Complete the above twice with five minutes rest between.  

Rest 5 minutes

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Run 400 meters (buy in, one time)
Then,
10 Wall Balls, 20/14
20 Double Unders

Complete the above twice with five minutes rest between.  

-Cool Down-

Foam roll
-back
-lats
-quads
-glutes
