Each team can be male/female or female/female but no all guy teams. This is a 2 person lift with both pulling the bar off the ground simultaneously. Each team will receive 20 minutes.

In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
50 Box Jumps, 24/20
50 Jumping Pull ups
50 Kettlebell Swings, 1/.75 pood
Walking Lunges, 50 steps
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Presses, 45/35
50 Barbell Good Mornings, 45/35
50 Wall Balls, 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
