Max broad jump attempts

-Olympic Lifting-

Snatch – every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

20 Double unders + 1 snatch.

Start around 40% of snatch 1RM

-Strength-

Back Squat

-Accessory Work-

C) Every 2 minutes for 3 rounds:

    Single arm overhead walking lunges with kettlebell, 10 steps per arm

D) 15 Turkish get ups per arm, 35/25

-Cool Down-

20 PVC Pass through
