Today's challenge can be completed downtown all classes or the 11:30 am class and later in CB. It involves some battling ropes.
For time:
50 Battling Ropes
50 Push ups to a loaded Barbell (chest must touch barbell)
40 Battling Ropes
40 DB Dead-lifts, 70/50
30 Battling Ropes
30 Toes 2 Bar
20 Battling Ropes
20 Burpees
10 Battling Ropes
10 Handstand Push ups (kipping allowed)
