A. Hang Snatch- 5 x 2

-Strength-

B. Back Squat- 60% x 8, 65% x 6, 
70% x 6 (reps) x 2 (sets)

Complete on a 3-4 minute clock

-Conditioning-

C.  As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:

15 deadlifts 185/125
40 double unders
15 toes to bar

-Cool down-

Couch stretch (1 minute per leg)
Sit and reach (1 minute)
