At the top of every minute, complete 50 backward single unders and 8 step ups (24"/20") before attempting a S2O rep.
Starting weight is 115/65 or 155/95 and weight must go up by 10# for men and 5# for women.
-Challenge- (830 am Downtown, 10 am CB)
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
Rope Climb, 1 ascent
10 Burpees
20 Air Squats
If you don't reach 5 rounds within 12 minutes, 3 more minutes gets added to the total time and now you must try and complete 6 rounds within 15 minutes. This goes on until it's 8 rounds in 21 minutes.
I'd recommend just getting the 5 in 12.
