Back squat- 85%x4x2, 85%x3x3

-Conditioning-

Wheelbarrow Deadlift - max lift
Every 15 seconds complete 1 lift until failure.
Adding a 45/25 plate each lift.

Then,
Max reps of barbell shoulder to overhead in one set using 155/105 from the floor. 
No rack may be used.  

Then,
Max distance kettlebell carry in 2 min.  Kettlebell must be in front rack position 2/1.5
