B. Zig Zag Sprint (25 yards, there and back), 3 attempts
C. Standing Broad Jump, 3 attempts
D. Backward, Overhead Slam Ball Toss (20/12), 3 attempts
E. 30 Foot Stationary Sled Pull for Time (95/65)
-Community Conditioning (Sunday workouts as well)-
In teams of 3, complete the following for time of:
Tire Flips, 100 meters
80 Sledgehammer Swings against Tire
80 Tire Jumps (box jumps)
Tire Flips, 100 meters
Run 400 meters as a team
Only one person working out at one time except for run. All people run at the same time. First team to have all three of their members finish inside the gym, wins.
